“Mister Kpakpato”’s story
« I am an ex-agent of the Intelligence Services having worked for the largest Presidents of this world during a period that I would place between the beginning of the “Cold War” and the attacks of New York (USA) WTC in September 11, 2001 which radically changed the face of the International Relations. It is generally said that an Intelligence Agent must have an acute sense of hearing. And above all this one must be at a loss for something to say. As far as I am concerned, I must admit that this last requirement hasn never been my strongest point! And in Ivory Coast or COTE D’IVOIRE (West Africa) where I worked for the most respected and charismatic President that Black Africa has never seen i.e. FELIX HOUPHOUET BOIGNY (my mentor), people used to call me with the pseudonym “Mister KPAKPATO”. In the local jargon, that means “a person who always interferes in things that are no concern of him”. Thus “Mister KPAKPATO” finally became my Agent “code name”.
In fact, during my career, I attended so many injustices and incongruities in the relations between States that I finally rebelled against the System which employed me. I went from denunciations to protests and if I got myself less possible into troubles it was thanks to my mentor’s exceptional relations network. As far as this one is concerned, in spite of all the malicious reproaches made by his critics, he was especially recognized universally as a Great State Leader with a high sense of DIALOGUE and especially PEACE. Unfortunately, with the death of my mentor in 1993, I finally fell into disfavour by the world leaders of which I know for the majority of them a lot of secrecies. And it is this fatal weapon which gives me all the chances to make myself listen by Presidents and other political leaders each time their bad foreign politics seriously menace PEACE and STABILITY of the world.
I know in advance that many Intelligence Agents or mercenaries are each day after me in order to try to shut me up but until they get their hands on an old fox like me with personal methods almost never taught in espionage schools, I employ genuine tricks of hide-and-seek in order to always be able to tell my truths to the Presidents “troublemakers”. »
Program user guide
1. “Mister Kpakpato” never interacts in States Interior (or Home) politics. Except of course if: either those can have a direct incidence on Peace and Security of the World, or they bend Democracy and Human Rights. However, the “WORLD CITIZENS FORUM” is a platform constantly open for any subject or debate likely to make positively things stir.
However, courtesy is required in order to show that one is mature enough to take part in the various debates on our website forum.
About the denunciations often made by “Mister Kpakpato”, here is a constant :
2. “The major countries” are already so powerful that they do not need more to be protected. Quite the reverse, one must be extremely demanding with those in order to remove to them any temptation of abuse and imperialism, ingredients of wars in the world.
3. “Underdeveloped countries or countries in the process of development” must be subjected to a greater firmness so that they can be more respectful of Democracy and Human Rights, only condition for the emergence of powerful civil organizations and thus starting point of a enduring development.
4. Since our platform exists from now on for all the “World Citizens” in order to help them express their opinions and frustrations, “Mister Kpakpato” will never excuse anyone who instead of contributing daily to build a community of “World Citizens” even larger and stronger, come out with their frustrations and hatred cropped up sometimes by absurd policies of our leaders, on innocent people themselves taken hostage by these leaders unconcerned about the concepts of Love, Justice, Equity and Solidarity as conditions of an enduring Peace.

5. Blame for "bad pupils" of World Peace:
Each year, “Mister Kpakpato” draws up a “black list” of the countries considered as “bad pupils” of World Peace. This list concerns countries whose foreign policy is considered to be a danger for international relations and international Law, so a danger for Peace in the World. Such countries will receive a blame.
6. Homages:
Homage will be regularly paid on our platform to Personalities or Institutions engaged for Peace in the World in order to in one hand encourage those of our contemporaries who work for the consolidation of Peace and in the other hand perpetuate the memory of all the Peacemakers now dead.
7. Commemoration:
History of our Humanity being marked by a lot of dates, “Mister Kpakpato” will point out some of these dates (especially the most unhappy implicating our politicians) so that commemoration makes us be aware of the numerous dangers that menace our world.
8. Congratulations and encouragements:
Countries and Personalities which will be pointed out by positive actions in favour of Peace, Justice and the International Solidarity will receive either congratulations or encouragements from “Mister Kpakpato” on behalf of the great “World Citizens” community.
